Overview
- The candidate must have practical experience in most or all of the following areas:
- Plumbing installation and repair
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Air conditioning (AC/HVAC) servicing, repair, and maintenance
- Painting and wall repair works
- General handyman and maintenance works
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Installation and repair of fixtures and fittings
- Basic carpentry and gypsum work is an advantage
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to identify problems and provide quick solutions
- Understanding of safety procedures and proper work practices
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks for residential, commercial, and office properties
- Diagnose faults and repair plumbing, electrical, and AC systems
- Conduct AC servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and gas checking
- Perform painting, touch-ups, wall repair, and finishing works
- Handle emergency maintenance requests when required
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients professionally
- Report material requirements and maintenance issues
- Follow company policies and safety standards at all times

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Maintenance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience in maintenance services, facilities management, or property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, AC/HVAC servicing and repairs, painting, and general maintenance works.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to read and understand maintenance drawings, manuals, and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred (within 45 days)
