Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Motion / Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs and animations that drive engagement and support our real estate marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for social media, ads, and digital campaigns
- Design static visuals including posts, carousels, banners, brochures, and presentations
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual identities for campaigns and projects
- Design thumbnails, ad creatives, and lead generation visuals optimized for performance
- Work on branding materials including guidelines, typography, and color systems
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and media teams to produce high-converting creatives
- Prepare designs for print and digital production (events, roadshows, roll-ups, backdrops)
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and competitor creatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion / Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Arabic is a must (reading & writing)
- Experience in real estate or advertising industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
