Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about our properties and services.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks when needed.
