Overview
The Motion & Animation Specialist is responsible for producing all motion and video-based creative assets under the programme.
This includes social media motion content, animated infographics, short-form video assets, and dynamic digital content.
The role requires a technically strong motion designer who can work at pace within an on-site production environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and dynamic assets for social media and digital channels
- Develop short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Animate static designs and infographics into motion formats
- Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency across static and motion output
- Edit and post-produce video content as required
- Manage output files across multiple platform formats and specifications
- Work within brand guidelines and under creative direction
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in motion design or animation within a creative, agency, or in-house environment
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is required
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required
- Experience producing content for social media platforms is required
- Experience working with bilingual (Arabic/English) motion content is an advantage
- Demonstrable portfolio of motion and animation work is required
- Experience working for government or multinational clients is an advantage
