Overview
The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact between the client and the production team.
This role manages the day-to-day brief pipeline, ensures work is delivered on time and to brief, and maintains a direct line to the agency's strategic and creative direction.
The role requires someone who can operate independently in a client environment, manage upward and downward, and hold high standards of delivery across a complex programme.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site lead for all client communications and brief management
- Manage the job pipeline from brief intake to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Interpret and translate client briefs for the production team
- Coordinate between the on-site team and the agency's strategic and creative leadership
- Track programme deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Manage stakeholder relationships across a government client environment
- Escalate issues and flag risks proactively
- Maintain programme reporting and status documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management within a marketing, communications, or creative agency
- Demonstrable experience managing accounts for government or large multinational clients
- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- **Arabic language proficiency is an advantage**
- Experience working in the UAE is required
