Pharmacy and customer care
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and suitability; compound and dispense prescribed medicines.
- Advise customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage; assess needs and provide assistance.
- Meet sales targets through selling, upselling, and cross-selling Super Care categories.
Pharmacy operations
- Order and purchase pharmaceutical and medical supplies and maintain proper stock storage and handling.
- Comply with local pharmacy regulations for medicine preparation, labeling, and delivery.
- Maintain pharmacy records and reports required by authorities, including DHA and MOH.
- Coordinate insurance processing and billing resolution; manage inventory, expiries, and merchandising.
- Work different shifts and assigned locations as required by the line manager.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid MOH license or eligibility letter.
- Minimum two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English.
