Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Modern Trade Executive to manage key customer accounts and drive business growth across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing commercial plans, and maximizing sales opportunities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners.
- Oversee daily operations across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce channels.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of customer plans.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Q-Commerce, or E-Commerce.
- Experience working with platforms such as Keeta, HungerStation, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
