Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support operational and management decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and interactive dashboards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help different departments monitor performance, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions.
This role requires 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, along with strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, reporting, and KPI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across various business functions.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear reports and actionable insights.
Support data collection, validation, and data quality processes.
Develop and maintain data models, calculations, and measures using DAX and Power Query.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reporting accuracy and KPI alignment.
Support BI initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Assist in automating reports and enhancing data visualization solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Power Query, Report Development).
Solid experience in SQL and relational databases.
Good understanding of data modeling, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and ETL processes is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
