Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Mobile Repair Technician** with expertise in both **general smartphone repairs** and **board-level (chip-level) troubleshooting and repair**.
The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile device issues, including complex motherboard faults.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones including Android and iOS devices
- Perform hardware repairs such as:
- Screen replacement
- Battery replacement
- Charging port repair
- Camera and speaker repairs
- Conduct **board-level (chip-level) repairs**, including:
- IC replacement
- Jumper work
- Short circuit detection
- Track repairing
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues:
- Flashing and firmware installation
- Unlocking and resetting devices
- Use professional tools like:
- Soldering station
- Hot air gun
- Microscope
- Multimeter
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines
- Maintain records of repairs and parts used
- Communicate with customers or the team regarding repair status
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of **smartphone hardware and components**
- Experience in **motherboard/IC level repair (must for senior role)**
- Familiarity with Android and iOS systems
- Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mobile Repairing / Electronics
- Experience working in a repair center or service facility
- Knowledge of latest smartphone models and repair techniques
