Job Description

We are a reputable real estate company looking for a skilled and trustworthy **Cashier** with **2–3 years of professional experience** in handling financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing client payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounts team in day-to-day operations.

The role requires **strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism**, as you will be directly interacting with clients, tenants, and internal departments regarding payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle **cash, cheque, and online payments** from clients for rent, deposits, and service charges.
  • Issue official **receipts and invoices** and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile the **daily cash register** and prepare **end-of-day reports**.
  • Deposit cash and cheques into the company’s bank accounts on time.
  • Manage **petty cash fund** and record all disbursements with supporting vouchers.
  • Assist the **Accounts Department** with data entry of transactions into the accounting system.
  • Generate **daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports** for management review.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to payments in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with property managers regarding tenant payments, dues, and collections.

Requirements

  • **2–3 years of proven experience** as a cashier, accounts assistant, or in a similar finance role (real estate industry preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**.
  • Strong knowledge of **cash handling and banking procedures**.
  • Familiarity with **accounting software** (QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
  • High level of **accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail**.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **English** (Tagalog/Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a **fast-paced real estate environment**.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
