In this role, you will
Drive the development and optimisation of mid-term plans.
Develop safe and robust stage plans using Maptek Vulcan (Similar software experience is valued)
Assist with monthly scheduling using SPRY. Opportunity to grow and develop SPRY skills
EOM reporting and reconciliation
Ensure alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency and resource maximisation
About You
Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
Experience in open cut coal mine planning.
Proficient in mine planning software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
