Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Automate RPA Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows).

The role involves ensuring smooth operation of RPA solutions in production, handling incidents, monitoring bot executions, and implementing minor enhancements to existing automations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows in production environments.
  • Ensure successful execution of RPA workflows and resolve failures in a timely manner.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for automation issues.
  • Restart, re-run, and manage failed workflows and bot executions.
  • Maintain stability and availability of automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve support tickets.
  • Implement minor enhancements and changes to existing Power Automate workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for automations, processes, and support runbooks.
  • Support deployment of new flows and updates in production environments.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in support or operations using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience with:

• Power Automate Cloud Flows

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts.
  • Experience in troubleshooting automation failures and debugging flows.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Good understanding of APIs, connectors, and integrations.
  • Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with Windows environments and task automation.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Exposure to CI/CD for automation deployments.
  • Understanding of Azure services and integration.

  • Ability to handle production support under pressure
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to work in shift/on-call support if required
