Education and experience

• A four-year bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or a related major is stated in the candidate profile.

Purchasing and inventory

• Manage food, beverage, and controllable purchasing with the Executive Chef to support quality and profitability.
• Order food and beverages according to business needs and assist with budgeted food and controllable costs.
• Maintain inventory levels, dating, rotation, requisitions, and period-end counts; apply first-in, first-out rotation.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, and verify invoices against quantities, quality, weights, and purchase specifications.
• Coordinate delivery timing with kitchen staff, restaurant management, and vendors to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate invoices, bookkeeping, controllable logs, and beverage perpetual inventory.

Finance, compliance, and leadership

• Prepare timely reports, support accurate profit-and-loss records, monitor applicable taxes, and work toward budget and team goals.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, security, and brand standards in purchasing and storeroom operations.
• Support staff through communication and leadership; address disciplinary matters consistently and complete performance reviews on time.
• Coordinate accounting tasks, projects, and audits; analyze results, balance ledgers, and provide accounting and budgeting guidance to other units.
• Work with hotel teams to review guest feedback, service needs, operations, maintenance, performance, and improvement opportunities.
