Support guests throughout their stay by delivering a range of services and making transactions and interactions memorable.
Guest experience duties
- Take initiative to address guest requests and operational needs throughout the guest stay.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule.
Workplace and physical requirements
- The role is not remote and is based at the hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
