About This Role
Meta Ads Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance marketing and a strong data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage budgets, targeting, and scaling strategies for maximum ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and performance
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting ads
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of ad metrics and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience as Meta Ads Manager (must)
- Experience with D2C or lead generation campaigns preferred
- Analytical and performance-focused mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming or international markets
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid channels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
