About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and acquire new merchants across e-commerce, fintech, gaming, remittance, and other high-growth verticals
- Conduct targeted outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate qualified leads
- Deliver product demos and clearly articulate the value of Faceki’s biometric KYC/AML solution
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close merchant contracts
- Build and maintain a strong merchant pipeline
- Work closely with the integration and success teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
- Track performance using CRM and report on acquisition metrics
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or account acquisition (Fintech/Payments experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to meet monthly acquisition targets
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Understanding of digital identity, KYC, or fraud prevention solutions is a plus
- Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
