Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities for modular accommodation and camp projects. Ensure all MEP installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Mechanical Works Supervision: Supervise installation of HVAC systems, ventilation systems, firefighting systems, water supply networks, pumps, and drainage systems. Verify compliance with approved construction and commissioning procedures.
• Electrical Works Supervision: Monitor installation of power distribution systems, cable trays, lighting systems, earthing systems, MDBs, SMDBs, and DBs. Ensure electrical works comply with ADNOC and UAE authority requirements.
• Plumbing Works Supervision: Supervise installation of water supply systems, sewage networks, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and related plumbing works. Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
• Quality Control: Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and report non-conformances for corrective actions. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and QA/QC personnel.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce ADNOC HSE standards and project safety requirements at site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers comply with safety procedures. Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures immediately. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily progress against project schedules. Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and work progress updates. Assist project engineers and managers in achieving project milestones. Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics requirements.
• Testing & Commissioning Support: Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure all punch list items are completed and closed before project handover.

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of UAE experience in modular accommodation/camp construction projects.
• Proven experience in ADNOC accommodation and modular camp projects.
• Strong practical experience in MEP installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Thorough understanding of ADNOC HSE requirements and construction standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Relevant trade certifications and HSE certifications are preferred.
• ADNOC project experience and site access familiarity.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized HSE certifications.
• Experience in prefabricated/modular accommodation units, workforce camps, and remote site facilities.
