• Project Planning & Execution
- + Manage and supervise all MEP activities related to modular accommodation and camp construction projects.
- + Review project specifications, drawings, scope of work, and ADNOC requirements.
- + Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- + Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Mechanical Works:
- + Supervise HVAC systems installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning.
- + Oversee firefighting and fire protection systems installation.
- + Ensure proper installation of water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, and pumping systems.
- Electrical Works:
- + Supervise electrical power distribution systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable routing, lighting, and earthing systems.
- + Coordinate installation of emergency lighting, UPS systems, and backup power arrangements.
- + Ensure compliance with ADNOC electrical standards and UAE regulations.
- Plumbing Works:
- + Oversee potable water systems, drainage systems, sewage networks, and plumbing fixtures installation.
- + Ensure all plumbing works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Quality & Compliance
+ Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, HSE requirements, and project quality plans.
+ Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks during construction and commissioning stages.
+ Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, inspection test plans (ITPs), and technical submittals.
• Coordination & Reporting
+ Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
+ Attend project meetings and provide technical support and recommendations.
+ Prepare progress reports, engineering documentation, and project status updates.
• Testing & Commissioning
+ Lead MEP testing and commissioning activities for modular accommodation facilities.
+ Ensure successful handover documentation and project close-out procedures.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in accommodation modular construction projects.
- Proven experience working on ADNOC accommodation/camp modular projects.
- Strong background in MEP construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification; alternatively, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with substantial relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and ADNOC standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates holding an equivalent Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- ADNOC-approved project experience.
- HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- PMP or project management certification is an added advantage.
