About This Role
Job Title: MEP Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic MEP Project Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling high-rise tower projects and should be capable of independently managing all MEP activities from execution to completion.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP project management.
- Proven experience in high-rise / high tower projects is mandatory.
- Strong site management and execution background.
- Ability to handle complete project coordination, engineering, planning, and execution.
- Thorough knowledge of all relevant authority rules, regulations, approvals, and compliance procedures.
- Capable of managing subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams efficiently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ensure projects are completed within timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete MEP project execution at site.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and local authority regulations.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Maintain project quality, safety, and documentation standards.
