Role Description
We are seeking a full-time MEP Project Manager for an on-site position located in the Riyadh Region.
The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, installation, and commissioning for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, preparing submittals, and collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.
The role also entails active communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and knowledge of industry standards
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Competence in managing Budgeting and financial planning for projects
- Familiarity with Submittals preparation and review processes
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work onsite in the Riyadh Region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
- Experience in Plumbing systems and their integration within projects
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management for project cost-effectiveness
- Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Professional certifications such as PMP or relevant MEP certifications
