MEP Project Engineer
About This Role
We are looking for a seasoned Project Engineer – MEP to join a leading main contractor in the UAE. This role is critical in driving site execution, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines, and delivering high-quality MEP installations through to testing and commissioning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all on-site MEP construction activities
• Oversee MEP subcontractors and coordinate with engineering, site, and civil teams
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, HSE, and environmental requirements
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and final project handover
• Monitor project progress, optimize manpower and resources, and support cost control initiatives
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10–15 years of proven experience in MEP construction with a main contractor
• Strong UAE/GCC experience across high-rise, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated leadership in managing site execution and multidisciplinary coordination
