We are looking for a seasoned Project Engineer
– MEP
to join a leading main contractor in the UAE.
This role is critical in driving site execution, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines, and delivering high-quality MEP installations through to testing and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site MEP construction activities
- Oversee MEP subcontractors and coordinate with engineering, site, and civil teams
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, HSE, and environmental requirements
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Monitor project progress, optimize manpower and resources, and support cost control initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10–15 years of proven experience in MEP construction with a main contractor
- Strong UAE/GCC experience across high-rise, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated leadership in managing site execution and multidisciplinary coordination
