Role Description
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
include ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, managing budgets and schedules, evaluating and processing submittals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including strong knowledge of plumbing design and implementation
- Proven proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and team coordination
- Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation for complex construction projects
- Skills in preparing, reviewing, and approving technical Submittals and project documentation
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UAE is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification or similar is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP project management in the construction industry
