The company seeks an experienced, motivated MEP Project Manager to manage and deliver MEP works across construction projects.
The role is responsible for timely completion, cost control, quality, and compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Manage MEP site activities from project commencement to final handover; plan and monitor progress against schedules and contract requirements.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; review drawings, submittals, technical submissions, and method statements.
- Manage procurement, material delivery, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, budgets, costs, variations, claims, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other building-services works; resolve technical and site-coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and relevant authority regulations.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, inspections, snagging, and handover; prepare progress reports and update senior management.
- Lead and supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, foremen, and site teams.

- Experienced and highly motivated candidate for managing and delivering MEP works across construction projects.
