The employer seeks an experienced Aluminium Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate site activities for aluminium fabrication and installation projects.
Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise work on aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, glass partitions, and other aluminium systems.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Manage and supervise site workers, installers, and technicians.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
Project delivery and quality
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Check delivered materials and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with site safety regulations.
Reporting and site resources
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project team on site activities.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials while minimizing wastage.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of aluminium works and site supervision skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
