- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct schedule analysis, resource planning, and productivity assessments.
- Track procurement, material delivery, and construction activities against approved schedules.
