- Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, DEWA regulations, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with DEWA, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and resource plans.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
