Fast Fixer Contracting LLC seeks an experienced MEP Foreman to lead on-site teams.
Oversee daily installation, maintenance, and testing of MEP systems to meet project specifications and local authority regulations.
Supervision and coordination
- Supervise MEP technicians, tradespeople, and subcontractors; assign tasks by project priorities and monitor productivity and attendance.
- Conduct daily briefings to set targets, sequence tasks, and review quality standards.
- Interpret schematics, shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide the workforce.
Installation, inspection, and handover
- Ensure HVAC, piping, electrical wiring, and firefighting installations comply with building codes and approved documents.
- Inspect locations, elevations, and structural integrations before consultant or authority approvals.
- Assist with system testing, commissioning, and handover.
Materials, safety, and reporting
- Estimate material and equipment needs and coordinate receipt, handling, storage, and issue of MEP materials with site stores.
- Supervise safe use of machinery, tools, and heavy equipment; enforce site health and safety rules and OSH guidelines, required PPE, and hazard assessment.
- Prepare progress reports, timesheets, and completion logs; report technical issues, breakdowns, and design modifications.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE on-site MEP experience; proven supervisory or foreman experience is ideal.
- Deep understanding of HVAC, electrical setups, and plumbing/firefighting networks.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret MEP technical drawings and blueprints.
- Hindi speaker required.
- Ready to join immediately and willing to be based in Dubai.
- Three years of MEP work in construction is preferred.

- Work location is in person.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
