The role focuses on cost estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents; perform quantity take-offs and pricing.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations; evaluate tenders and identify project risks.
- Prepare BOQs and cost comparison reports; support tender clarifications and negotiations.
- Maintain estimation databases and cost records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience as an MEP Estimation Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers; proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
