Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor manpower productivity.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines on site.
- Assist the Project Engineer or Site Engineer with planning and organizing site operations.
- Report daily site progress, issues, and manpower updates to management.
- Resolve site-level challenges by coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.
- Support project handover, snagging, and completion activities.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI qualification, or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in UAE fit-out, construction, facility management, or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and finishing works.
- Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple site activities effectively.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 5,500 per month.
