- Lead the overall MEP division, overseeing project delivery, operational excellence, and business growth across multiple construction projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, and management reporting.
- Drive quality, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery.
- Support business development and tendering activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction projects
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the MEP industry
- Extensive experience managing large scale MEP projects from planning through project completion
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, procurement, and construction methodologies
- GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred

Job Overview

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction projects
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the MEP industry
- Extensive experience managing large scale MEP projects from planning through project completion
- GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, procurement, and construction methodologies
