Role Overview
The role leads and manages building-automation programs within Honeywell's Projects business.
The position supports mega projects across Saudi Arabia and reports to the General Manager for Projects in KSA.
The role contributes to building solutions that support urban sustainability, safety, and quality of life.
Program Leadership
- Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
- Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans.
- Resource projects across the portfolio and reduce project risk.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Analysis and Growth
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space.
- Support the Sales Organization with project growth.
- Collaborate with government entities, technology partners, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience managing multiple projects valued above USD 5 million simultaneously is required.
- The role requires stakeholder influence and negotiation abilities and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is valued.
- Experience in a global organization and experience leading program management teams are valued.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are valued.
- Awareness of Smart City industry trends and emerging technologies is valued.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment is valued.
Technical Domain
- The role focuses on building automation programs and the broader Building Solutions Ecosystem.
- The position involves program performance management, portfolio resourcing, risk reduction, data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Travel and Workplace
- The role is based in an office in Saudi Arabia and requires frequent travel across the Kingdom.
