About This Role
Role Purpose
Responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting ophthalmology products to medical practitioners and allied healthcare professionals within assigned territories and key public sector accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within approved budgets and timelines
- Develop and execute business plans, including customer engagement activities, promotional events, and sales & marketing initiatives
- Provide key account and hospital network support, including
- MOH, government hospitals, and institutional accounts
- , with focus on market access and referral pathway development
- Maintain strong scientific and market knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, strategies, and competitors
- Ensure optimal customer coverage, contact frequency, and effective communication through multiple channels
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting in line with company standards
- Professionally manage customer inquiries and complaints in compliance with company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum
- 2–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales within public sector accounts (Central Region – MOH / Government Hospitals)
- **Previous ophthalmology experience is strongly preferred**
