Insurance Companies
- Communicate with insurance companies in the assigned region and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Visit insurance subsidiaries to promote hospital services and increase patient referrals.
- Review insurance-company performance and report market trends and competitor activity.
Direct Contracts
- Increase patient flow from inactive corporate accounts and identify new opportunities with uncontracted corporate clients.
- Monitor performance and contract success monthly.
Referrals and Charity Organizations
- Target doctors in private clinics, polyclinics, hospitals, and optical shops to boost patient admissions.
- Visit referring partners, forecast patient flow, create visit plans, and report performance monthly.
- Identify and engage charity organizations to facilitate patient referrals.
Requirements
- Medical background as a doctor or pharmacist.
- At least 2 years of experience as a medical representative in hospital services or healthcare-related sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, corporate contracts, and referral networks.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Valid driver’s license.
