- Assess, investigate, and examine patients to make diagnoses.
- Document or evaluate patients' medical histories.
- Refer patients for specialized treatment when conditions exceed the clinician's experience or scope of practice.
- Educate patients about their medical conditions and prescribe ophthalmology treatments.
- Support health promotion and disease prevention activities.
Job qualifications
- Master's degree in Ophthalmology from an accredited university or equivalent.
- Minimum four years of practical experience after qualification.
- Valid Saudi Council for Health Specialties qualification.
