Magrabi Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Record Analyst to support patient medical record management, review, and quality assurance.
The role is responsible for accurate, complete, confidential records that comply with healthcare documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review discharged patient records for completeness and accuracy; perform quantitative analysis of patient files.
- Identify incomplete records, follow up on deficiencies, and maintain physician and nursing deficiency tracking reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly documentation quality reports and support healthcare staff with required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with medical record management standards and maintain patient information confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of medical records or healthcare administration experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
- Hospital or healthcare environment experience is preferred; familiarity with JCI standards is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
