Medical Receptionist- Nauru Deployment

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a professional manner.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharge documentation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Liaise with medical staff and other departments to facilitate patient services.
• Handle administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or healthcare are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with hospital information systems or electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
