Job Description
BGS Medical Center is looking for a **dedicated and hardworking Female Customer Service Representative** with experience in **dental and dermatology clinics**.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to handle patient inquiries professionally across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming **phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Provide accurate information about **clinic services, treatments, and promotions**.
- **Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments** efficiently.
- Respond to patient inquiries in a **professional, friendly, and timely manner**.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding **patient schedules and treatment availability**.
- Follow up with patients regarding **appointments, treatment plans, and post-visit feedback**.
- Maintain proper **patient records and inquiry logs**.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in **converting inquiries into booked appointments**.
- Ensure excellent **customer service and patient satisfaction** at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Experience in a **Dental or Dermatology clinic** is highly preferred.
- Strong **communication and customer service skills**.
- Experience handling **social media inquiries and online leads**.
- Ability to **multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment**.
- Basic knowledge of **clinic management systems and appointment scheduling** is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Sales or patient coordination experience.
- Familiarity with **WhatsApp Business and social media messaging platforms**.
- Fluent in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
