Overview
Nasco Emirates is looking for an Employee Benefits Executive in the
Medical Insurance Department – Underwriting Interface
- specialized in the Medical insurance line of business to join the team in Abu Dhabi.
- The position entails the following responsibilities:
- Liaise with insurance providers to obtain competitive quotations for new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs) to insurers, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated.
- Review, analyze, and compare insurance quotes to confirm alignment with client requirements and specifications.
- Ensure timely turnaround of quotations to meet client deadlines and service expectations.
- Negotiate premiums, coverage benefits, and network terms with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with insurance partners.
- Stay up to date with underwriting guidelines, market trends, and new insurance products to enhance advisory capabilities.

- You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:
- · A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- · Associate Diploma from a recognized insurance institute is a plus.
- · 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Insurance
Underwriting
line, ideally within the GCC region.
· Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting practices and processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Robust analytical and presentation abilities.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
