Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Client Relations & Medical Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role requires a proactive professional who can manage key client relationships, support brokers, oversee operational workflows, and ensure compliance within medical insurance processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.
Client & Broker Management
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and policy renewals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and manage productive broker relationships, offering product training, portfolio support, and strategic guidance for high value and complex medical insurance cases.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to implement new initiatives and service enhancements.
- Support senior management in streamlining workflows, improving turnaround times, and optimizing service quality.
- Complaint Management : Manage client complaints efficiently by ensuring timely responses, thorough investigation, and effective resolution, while maintaining high service standards and strengthening overall client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily operations and team performance to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and customer focused service delivery across all touchpoints.
