Job Description
We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising campaigns across: Meta / TikTok / Google / X
- Build and optimize conversion-focused campaigns aimed at driving sales
- Develop and execute a clear testing strategy including: Creatives / Hooks / Angles / Audiences
- Analyze campaign performance daily and make fast, data-driven decisions
- Continuously optimize key performance metrics such as: ROAS / CPA / Conversion Rate
- Manage advertising budgets and scaling strategies effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with the design team to improve creatives based on performance insights
- Prepare clear weekly reports focused on numbers, performance, and results
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Proven track record in generating direct sales (not only awareness campaigns)
- Experience in E-commerce and the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of key metrics: ROAS / CPA / LTV / Conversion Rate
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools: Pixel / Conversion API / Tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
- Clear understanding of how creatives impact performance and the ability to guide creative direction
