We're now looking for someone to help our clients' concepts reach the right people through paid media that performs and organic content that builds community.
About the Role
This is a
media-buyer-first role
with social media specialist responsibilities.
You'll spend most of your time planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
The rest of your time, you'll manage client social media accounts day-to-day.

70% — Paid Media
- Plan and build paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok from scratch
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for client websites
- Build audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting, broad) and know when to use each
- Write ad copy that converts in Arabic and English
- Test creative variations, optimize budgets, kill losers, scale winners
- Manage client ad budgets responsibly
- Pull clean weekly and monthly performance reports with real insights
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on data
30% — Social Media Operations
- Schedule and publish content across client Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Respond to comments and DMs daily (9am – 5pm, Sun–Thu)
- Monitor mentions, tags, and brand sentiment
- Write captions and hashtag strategies in Arabic and English
- Support the content calendar process
- Compile monthly performance reports
Required
- 3+ years running paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with
- Salla stores
- — installing pixels, integrating ad accounts, running campaigns that convert
- Comfortable installing and troubleshooting Meta and TikTok Pixels
- Native or fluent Arabic + strong English
- Based in Jeddah
- Solid grasp of analytics — you can read numbers and tell a story
- Understanding of Saudi audience behavior on Instagram and TikTok
Preferred
- Google Ads and YouTube ads experience
- Agency-side experience managing multiple clients
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC
