المسؤوليات
• تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
• متابعة إنشاءات المحتويات الجذابة، بما في ذلك المنشورات والرسومات ومقاطع الفيديو
• مراقبة الحسابات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والرد على التعليقات، والتفاعل مع المتابعين
• تحليل البيانات وتحسين الأداء: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل نسبة النقر (CTR)، تكلفة الاكتساب (CPA)، والعائد على الإنفاق الإعلاني (ROAS)
• الإشراف على فرق التسويق والتصميم لضمان تناسق العلامة التجارية
• البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحديثات المنصات
• إنشاء وإطلاق الحملات: بناء الحملات الإعلانية على مختلف المنصات الرقمية (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok).
عمل إدارة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لزيادة التفاعل والوصول الى اعلى النتائج من العائد
• متابعة إدارة الشراكات مع المؤثرين وسفراء العلامات التجارية والفعاليات والمعارض ذات العلاقة
• متابعة تحسين محركات نتائج البحث والتي تعرف بـ SEO من أجل تحسين نتائج البحث
• إدارة الموقع الإلكتروني كامل ( UI&UX ) والداشبورد والإشارف على فرق التصميم
