About the Role

• We are searching for a highly analytical and results-driven **Media Buyer** to manage and scale our paid digital advertising campaigns.
• In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our ad spend across various platforms to drive high-quality patient leads to our aesthetic clinic.
• You must have a proven track record of managing profitable ad campaigns within the beauty, dermatology, or aesthetics niche, ensuring maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while strictly adhering to local medical advertising guidelines.

• Your application **WILL NOT** be considered if you do not meet all three of the following criteria:
• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have proven media buying experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
• **UAE Experience:** You must have a verified track record of running successful paid campaigns in the UAE market.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Campaign Management:** Set up, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• **Budget Optimization:** Manage daily advertising budgets, monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and allocate spend efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• **A/B Testing & Scaling:** Continuously test ad creatives, copy, target audiences, and landing pages to identify winning formulas and scale profitable campaigns.
• **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze campaign data using platform analytics and Google Analytics, providing detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
• **Compliance:** Ensure all ad creatives and copy comply with platform policies and the UAE Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) advertising guidelines for aesthetic procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Proven background managing ad accounts and driving leads for an **Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic**.
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Solid, hands-on media buying experience within the UAE.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Current resident of Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully bilingual and fluent in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Technical Mastery:** Expert-level proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking/conversion API integrations.
• **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Contract length: 24 months
• Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
