Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Media Buyer
to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
The role focuses on driving qualified leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and strong analytical skills.
You will manage budgets, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
Collaboration with creative and marketing teams is essential to deliver high-performing campaigns and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage full-funnel campaigns, from awareness to conversion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
- Develop and implement advanced audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Continuously monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights, reports, and performance recommendations
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain competitive performance
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of proven experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution models
- Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the UAE.
