About This Role
Overview
We're hiring a Meta Media Buyer who actually knows Dubai real estate.
Not someone who "runs ads." Someone who understands why a 60/40 payment plan needs a different funnel than a ready unit.
Someone who loses sleep over CPL benchmarks and knows the difference between a lead and a qualified lead.
What you'll own:
→ Full Meta ad operations across our property listings and off-plan campaigns
→ Strategy, creative briefs, copy, targeting, and budget allocation
→ Pixel setup, lead tracking, and CRM integration
→ Weekly performance reporting with real insights — not vanity metrics
→ Constant testing: creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages
What we need from you:
→ 2–4 years running paid social, with real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
→ Proven track record of generating qualified leads — you can show us the numbers
→ Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup
→ Understanding of the Dubai buyer: GCC investors, expats, off-plan vs secondary
→ You think in AED CPL, not just CTR
