What You’ll Do
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy
Follow the “Six Rights” of medication administration and proper documentation standards
Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership
Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts
Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
