Contract Recruiter ($1150/week)

Partner directly with operational leaders

Earn base salary + commission incentives tied to performance

Contribute to retention through 90-day follow-ups

Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for a variety of clinical, operational, and leadership roles

Guide candidates through pre-employment processes including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Maintain compliance with all employment laws and pre-employment requirements

Ensure data accuracy within the ATS and HCM systems

Monitor recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership

Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes

Conduct goodwill check-ins with new hires during their first 90 days

Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting performance

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (multi-site or high-volume preferred)

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with employment law and compliance standards

Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leaders and candidates

Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing recruiting metrics
