- Conduct site inspections for the Dubai project.
- Ensure project quality control.
- Oversee construction management.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of total experience.
- At least 5 years of experience on 5-star hotel projects or residential, villa, and townhouse development projects.
- Experience in site inspections and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices, and experience in construction management.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in civil inspection and quality control are beneficial.
Work schedule
- The full-time role is six days a week.
