Role overview
Mechanical Engineer hired through Mind Stream for a client shutdown assignment involving maintenance, machinery, piping, site coordination, and documentation.
Contract duration is 2–3 months.
Responsibilities
- Execute mechanical maintenance during the shutdown period.
- Install and dismantle machinery and equipment as required by the shutdown scope.
- Carry out piping modification work.
- Coordinate daily site activities and supervise assigned mechanical and piping work and progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, track task completion, and report site status and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience and industrial site experience.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, machinery installation and dismantling, piping modifications, site coordination, supervision, and project documentation.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
