The employer is hiring an experienced, detail-oriented draftsman for its team in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires a strong understanding of MEP drafting, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP shop drawings according to consultant and authority requirements.
- Prepare coordination drawings and assist the project manager and project team with project drawings.
- Prepare HVAC and plumbing drawings and process subcontractor shop drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings according to authority requirements.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor; maintain awareness of construction and system methodologies.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
- Experience in luxury residential projects, preferably villas.
Pay
- AED 3,500–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
